On the other hand, the Adobe Acrobat DC is a paid-for app, i.e., users have to pay a certain amount for it. Also, Adobe Reader is a free app, i.e., users can get it for free. In closing Adobe, Acrobat DC is a well-rounded PDF mobile app and the Adobe reader is a good PDF app that can carry out the basic functions a PDF app should be able to.
